I've lived in this building for a year and a half, and have had a very good experience. It's not as big as some other buildings in the city, so the staff are easy to work with and quick to help. All of the appliances and renovated finishes make this feel like a high end building. I haven't had any concerns with noises or neighbors. Very dog friendly.
I’ve lived with my family in Tilden Hall since 2018, when the building renovations on this Art Deco gem were first completed. The building was completely restored prior to us moving in and half of it is actually a beautiful brand new addition. The apartments are cozy and gorgeous, with all modern appliances and super efficient utilities.
